  • How do I order a copy of my transcript?
    The process is found at www.lewisu.edu/admissions/ordertranscripts.htm
  • I got a new job, won an award, had a baby, got married – how do I share that with Lewis?
    Simply email us at alumni@lewisu.edu with your news and a photo, if you have one. We love hearing about and sharing your news!
  • What resources are still available to me as a Lewis alumnus?
    Lewis University offers its alumni access to special discounts and certain services on campus. Check out the listing here. 
  • Can I still access my student email account after graduation?
    If you were issued a student Gmail address during your time at Lewis, it is available for life, as long as the account stays active. If the email account is unused for over six months, it can deactivate. Alumni need to contact the Office of Technology at (815) 836-5950 in order to get a password reset.
  • I didn’t get the event invitation – how do I receive them in the future?
    You can email us at alumni@lewisu.edu and ask to be put back on our email newsletter list.
